Tea Rooms
Cookes of Cley offers visitors a warm welcome and comfortable
surroundings in which to enjoy our tasty homemade food.
Whether you’re looking for morning coffee, light lunch, afternoon tea, or a nibble with a glass of wine or beer, the menu has something to offer for any time of the day in our fully licensed tea room.
All our dishes are freshly made from proper ingredients and are often sourced locally, especially the seafood.
We serve a selection of teas, coffee, homemade cakes, scones, cream teas, traditional and specialty home cooked light lunches, plus seafood specialties such as mussels, crab and much, much more! Our cream teas are particularly delicious when coupled with homemade scones and cakes.
We are fully licensed and have seating for approximately 30 people. Additional tables can be found outside in our charming enclosed courtyard Tea Garden - the perfect place to enjoy a snack or refreshing drink on a warm summers day.
In High season we are open daily from 10.00am - 5.00pm for refreshments, cakes, nibbles, and homemade cream teas.
We serve breakfast in the Tea Rooms between 10.00am - 11.30am.
Light lunches and specialties are served between 12.00pm - 3.00pm.
During the winter we open at weekends only.
