Single Room - £60

Double Room - £70

Twin Room - £70

Family Room - £80

 

Deposits

 

Deposit of £20 per room is required, unless the booking is made within 5 days of

arrival then full payment will be required.

 

Payments

 

We accept cheques made payable to Cookes of Cley.

We also accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo cards over the phone.

Unfortunately due to additional bank charges a 2% charge will be applied to all credit card

payments - debit card payments are accepted free.

Important Information

 

Cancellation

 

All deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards a future booking taken within one

calendar month.

 

Arrival

 

Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on the dayof arrival, unless

otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the

agreed time as wewill be busy preparing your rooms.

 

Late Arrival Procedure

 

Please ensure you contact us no later than 6pm to let us know if you will be arriving late.

Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being

charged to your credit card.

 

Departure

 

Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 11am on the day of departure, unless

otherwise arranged.

 

Dogs

 

We ask that you remember to bring your own dogs bed, food, feeding and water bowls. Dogs

are not to be left unattended in the bedroom at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the guest
beds or other furniture.

 

Wheel Chair Access

 

Unfortunately due to the age and design of our building our accommodation is not suitable

for guests who rely on a wheel chair for mobility.
